Summer Dinner Series
Like so many other businesses in Vermont this year, we have had to dramatically shift our operations due to COVID-19. This meant we closed our Market in April, created an online store to sell our products and limited guest interactions. A core part of our mission is to bring people together at the farm, to inspire others through our commitment to regenerative agriculture, and to strengthen our local economy by providing jobs and supporting small producers around the state.
People are at the center of our business and we designed our entire property to be a beautiful experience to encourage guests to visit, and entice them to linger on our patio over meals or by the fire with drinks. Yet, the plans we had for our summer programming were cancelled to be able to ensure the safety of our team and our community.
As Vermont reopens we are beginning to offer some outdoor programs that practice social distancing. We are excited to be able to welcome our community back on the farm and feed them. Following the success of our July 4th weekend dinners, we would like to formally announce our Summer Dinner Series.
Each week we have a set number of reservations available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for a prix fixe meal al fresco at the farm. The meal will change every week and highlight the bounty of the season. We will be following all State guidelines.
You can still visit the property Thursday through Sunday for drop in lunch service and to shop our weekly pop up farm stand. Our online store is open daily with pickups available Thursday through Sunday with our own produce, meat and artisan products from other like-minded producers.
