We are excited to share that we are launching two special outdoor dinners this week. On Friday (July 3) we will be hosting a reservation-only Taco Night featuring Vermont Tortilla Company corn tortillas filled with your choice of fillings like hand-pulled chicken, braised pork cheek and grilled summer squash escabeche. On Saturday (July 4) we will host a reservation-only Grill Night with burgers, BBQ chicken and more. See the full menus below. Price includes Vermont meals tax and 18% gratuity.

 


FIVE MILE TACO NIGHT

Friday, July 3rd, 5 pm – 8 pm

We are calling it Five Mile Taco Night because every taco ingredient is sourced within 5 miles of the farm. Tickets available online. $26 per adult and $12 per child. Cocktails, cider, beer and wine available for purchase at the farm.


FIVE MILE TACO NIGHT Menu

Entrees served with sides of braised Jacob’s cattle beans with cilantro-lime crema and golden Boundbrook Farm rice with charred garden vegetables and herbs. All meat and produce from Philo Ridge Farm. Tortillas from Vermont Tortilla Company.

Crispy pig’s ear, salsa verde

FOUTH OF JULY GRILL NIGHT

Saturday, July 4th, 5 pm – 8 pm

Join us for the 4th of July holiday as we fire up the grill. Tickets available online. $29 per adult and $12 per child. Cocktails, cider, beer and wine available for purchase at the farm.


GRILL NIGHT MENU

All entrees served with family-style sides of Nitty Gritty cornbread with maple butter, BBQ baked cattle beans and Kennebec potato salad with mustard and herb. Made with ingredients grown and raised at Philo Ridge Farm.
